Refund policy
Eligibility for Returns
You have 7 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return. To qualify, returned items must be in the same original condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Any items not meeting these criteria or missing proof of purchase may be rejected.
Please note that items on sale and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization restrictions.
Initiating a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@veler.shop within the 7-day return window. We will provide you with return instructions; items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Once processed, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping, handling fees, and customs/duties are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to reject items that show signs of wear or do not meet our return requirements.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. We will not accept complaints or return requests after this time frame.
We review each case individually to determine the appropriate resolution.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges; you may return eligible items for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
